Preview navigation is not authentication

This app has no sign-in, session or production authorization. Do not use it with real estate records. A frontend estate switcher never establishes a security boundary.

Production access requirements

An approved auth provider, Postgres metadata, server-side tenant and estate checks, database RLS and estate-scoped upload sessions are required before live use. One private S3 bucket will be the primary record for each estate.
